The only thing I can think of is that some people call it “a gallbladder attack”.
Medically-speaking, the gallbladder holds the bile that aids in digestion & breakdown of fatty foods, so it stands to reason that if one had trouble after eating only fatty/oily/greasy foods, there may be a gallbladder issue involved. One example would be a gallstone in the duct leading away from the gallbladder and blocking the passage of bile to the duodenum.
