Whats wrong with me? frequent urination amongst other symptoms….?
Hi everyone.

Over the last week or so I have had some unusual symptoms. This includes;

Pins and needles in my feet
Frequent urination – ( I mean, in some cases, going to the loo and 10 mins later going again, with my urination being the colour of pure water!! )
Terrible wind (sorry for tmi)
Very tired all the time
Delayed if not skipped period (due yesterday / today and no show)
Cramps in stomach (not period cramps though)
Very hungry all the time

Pregnancy is an option but very unlikely. I have been using champix (quit smoking aid) until around 9 days ago, I only used them for 10 days though. So maybe this is why my period is late? I quit smoking 9 days ago as well, however I have quit a few times and never had these random symptoms.

Any ideas? Thanks
tiredness, headaches and mood swings yes. None of others though. No increased thirst that I have noticed. Why now though? im 18 y old female, healthy. Why would i suddenly get diabetes now? and ive been having dizzy spells, i.e nearly blacking out when standing up. Is this related?
I’ve been having periods for 5 years now and no disrespect to you i would not be posting on here if this was the norm. My general pms is usually achy breasts, cramps, and mood swings. It has never in the 5 years affected my urination patterns nor have I had headaches or dizziness. I will go see a doc at some point as I no something is up.

Thanks for your help anyway.

Answer by Morphine
These are symptoms of diabetes or it could probably just be PMS .

How old are you?
Do you have increased thirst?

Do you have any other symptoms? nausea, headaches, dizziness, vision problems, tiredness, weight changes, mood swings?

A 1 day delay of your period is not really a problem.

EDIT: diabetes can be diagnosed at any age, usually at a very young age if it’s type 1.

I think it’s probably PMS. The symptoms you mentioned can ALL happen in PMS: gas, hunger, mood swings, tiredness, cramps, abdominal pain, frequent urination, numbness and tingling…

If the symptoms don’t stop after you have your period, I suggest you go see a doctor.

Are extreme fatigue and frequent urination common symptoms of ovulation?

Are extreme fatigue and frequent urination common symptoms of ovulation?
I started feeling EXHAUSTED Sunday evening and it’s continued on through today (Tues.). I can’t focus on work at all and it doesn’t help that every 20 minutes to a half hour that I have a strong urge to go to the bathroom. I have felt a little nausea and have had a pain (sharp at times) about 4″ left and an 1″ or so below my navel. The last time I had intercourse was Sunday a.m. and I’m supposedly due to ovulate today. Can anyone give me any ideas as to what may be going on and if this is normal for others? Usually during ovulation my breasts get really sore, but I haven’t had that this time.

Answer by Rox
Could you be pregnant?

If not pregnant are you thirsty all the time? If so, could be a sign of diabetes.

Answer by Texas Behaviorist
Sounds like you might have a urinary tract infection.

Visit your doctor to find out for sure, and if necessary get started on antibiotics or it will become more and more unpleasant.

Answer by Mommyof2
My first thought: Is there any possibility that you are pregnant? Just a thought, because I had all those symptoms in very early pregnancy. Extremely tired, inability to focus, nausea, frequent urination and the sharp pain near the ovaries that you are describing. I’m not sure what the pain is caused from, but I had that during early pregnancy. I also would get that similar pain at other times, such as during ovulation or after intercourse, but very rarely and it goes away soon after. The only time I had it to any noticeable degree was when I was pregnant, before I even knew it.
I don’t believe that frequent urination is a symtom of ovulation, at least I have never heard of that. And usually the fatigue is before the expected period, not during ovulation. I hope that helps a little.

I would not be alarmed at the pain, if it was a urinary infection, the pain would be in the lower abdomen, and usually hurts to urinate, not pain in one point. Also one other possibilty could be a Kidney stone that has moved down into the front. Kidney stones can have all the symptoms you listed as well. If so, rest, lots of water and some cranberry juice can help until the stone is passed. Watermelon works well also. For the immediate pain in this case, squeeze some lemon in your water, as the acid from it can help “melt” the crystals off the top of the stone and help relieve the pain.

Answer by Suthern R
Frequent urination and extreme fatigue can also be signs of diabetes, you should go see your doctor and they can tell you what is going on. The frequent urination is something you want to make sure is not a symptom of something more serious.

My urine had moderate leukocytes and a trace of protein? What could it be?

Answer by Cammie
Leukocytes mean you have an infection.
It could be a bladder infection or problem or it could mean more than that.
The thirst , hunger and tired feeling can indicated diabetes.
See a doctor NOW.

Nausea, painful stomach aches, bloating, frequent & painful urination, fatigue, no sept. period. What’s wrong?

Nausea, painful stomach aches, bloating, frequent & painful urination, fatigue, no sept. period. What’s wrong?

Answer by Lúta
Those all sound like symptoms you get before, during, and sometimes after your period. The painful urination isn’t one of them though… that would concern me.
Give it a few days and if you don’t get your period then or if the pain doesn’t go away, consult a doctor.
If you are worried that you could be pregnant then I suggest buying a pregnancy test or two. Then go see a doctor.

Answer by Rissa
Obviously you think your pregnant and you want people to tell you that they think your pregnant too so why don’t you just take a pregnancy test?

im having symptom of pregnancy: urination, appetite, lower back pain, nausea, headaches?
but ive taken two pregnancy test and both of them are negative i thought maybe it was my birth control but ive been taking them for 4 months and these symptoms have just started in the last month so im wondering if i should go to a doctor or just take another test
i had my period kinda it was only two days and not a lot of bleed like i usually do

Answer by Megan H
I would take another test, just for the immediate answer, but definately make a Dr. appt. because this could be something else if it’s not pregnancy.

Answer by tinow
you may be testing too early. What I can say is if you are trying theres a slight chance you could be over sensitive to this kind of thing, because ur body desperately wants to be preggers.

if your in doubt, contact ur gp and go see them.

ps I had the same symptoms 3 months ago – im not pregnant but my bloody sister is!!!

Answer by ConfusednOHIO
i would go to the doctor. u may have a UTI or something. they can also give u a pregnancy test there. sometimes if a pregnancy is really early a store bought test will not show a positive.

Answer by meatandpotatoes
go to the doc’s birth control can mess you up

Answer by Twilight_Girl<3
You’re symptoms could be other things besides pregnancy. It could be a pelvic infection maybe… I’m no expert. If you’re on birth control there is still a chance it could be pregnancy, but the best thing to do, would probably wait a few more days depending on how late you are with your “ladies problems” If you are more than 2 weeks late, i suggest going to the doctors, if you are pregnant, it might not always show up on a urine test. But if you are less than 2 weeks late, maybe wait a till your 2 week mark, if you’re still late… take another test, if negative; go to the doctors.

Answer by Aleysha
well it could be too soon to take a test.
wait a few more weeks and take a test.
have you not had a period yet?
if these symtpoms carry on and you keep getting negative tests then go to the doctor for a blood test .

Nighttime nausea, bloating, frequent urination, and fatigue. What could be causing this? (Beside pregnancy)?

Nighttime nausea, bloating, frequent urination, and fatigue. What could be causing this? (Beside pregnancy)?
I have had nausea for the past 3 nights… its only at night time. I am always bloated, pee frequently, and always tired. I just got off my period not even a week ago. Is pregnancy still possible after I had my period a fewdays ago? If not, what else would it be?

Answer by Larkin L
UTI (frequent need to urinate), low grade infection, digestion issue, allergy, something with your thyroid (fatigue) or dehydration (fatigue). See a doctor.

Answer by Jamie
I had all those symptoms but I had nausea because I had an increase in thirst & appetite, I later found out I had diabetes. You should go to your doctor & ask them about your symptoms. They have more of an idea than anyone here.

What could the reason be that i have fatigue, gas bubbles and frequent urination?
Oh and constant hunger, certain food don’t taste nice anymore, sometimes I’m hungry then can’t eat, nausea, and sometimes I gas or poop a lot… Why?

Answer by greengo
check for diabetes would be the first thing.
You need to make the appointment with the doctor.

Answer by Wulfdog
Would probably help if you posted little more information such as: Sex, Age, Weight, have you changed your diet or started taking a new medication, or a new routine. All these would help to pinpoint some possible cause. Other than that, most people can’t help figure out anything from the limited amount of information you’ve given. We all poop and we all have gas, and some of us get nausea and frequent urination and hunger. Could be you need to start eating some yogurt or Activia to replenish your flora of intestinal bacteria, maybe you got some bad ones in there that need to be replaced by some new ones. Probably wouldn’t hurt to try some good yogurt if you’re not allergic to yogurt. If you are then I guess you’d need to see a doctor or eat some dirt. Just kidding about the dirt.

Nausea after eating, slight pressure in my lower abdomen, frequent urination, thick white discharge?

Nausea after eating, slight pressure in my lower abdomen, frequent urination, thick white discharge?
Ok, so six or seven days ago I noticed that my lower abdomen area was feeling tighter, not like pain more like pressure (like when you get done doing sit-ups). Two days later I started feeling nauseated after everything I ate (except chinese). I went to the hospital, they said they didn’t know what was wrong with me but my pregnancy test was negative. Only in my mind it would have been too early to tell b/c I had my period on the 13th-18th of sept. And went to the hospital on the 29th. The next day the nausea still continued as did the pressure but now I am having to pee constantly have lower back pains so I went to the hospital again where this time they gave me a pelvic exam which came back normal and a cat scan which I have this wed. She told me it is a good possibility that I’m preggo. but it could also be a kidney stone which is why she is making me get a C.T. but today all is gone except the nausea and i felt like I started my period so i went to check and it was thick white discharge??? I was wondering if anyone has had this problem before or if anyone had any ideas….(no im not on bc and no im not ttc and i have had ovarian cyst before but it did not feel like this)
I dont have a fever. She told me it wasn’t a UTI or any kind of infection.

Answer by toots
Have you had any fever at all?
Your symptoms seem to suggest some sort of infection; possibly a kidney infection or a bladder infection which has spread to your vagina. I would think your doctors would have prescribed an antibiotic empirically (without a firm diagnosis) just in case it is an infection.
You may not be nauseated from eating Chinese food because all the sodium in it calms ones stomach.

Answer by Katie
It really sounds to me like you’re pregnant. Wait a week or two and take another pregnancy test. If it’s negative again, go see your gynecologist.

Good luck. (:

Answer by hexadecimal_65542
I am so glad you asked this question cause I felt the same way and thought that I was pregnant, took a P.T. and it came negative :(
I’ve been know to have UTI’s and bladder infections.
I all went away tho… I never went to the Docs tho cause I hate doctors even though my fiance told me to go. but anyways I think I might of took the P.T. a little too early… I am ttc tho. :) best of luck and hope you find what is wrong with you and please share cause maybe I have that too!

nausea, fatigue, frequent urination, unusual discharge, symptoms of what?

Answer by sue k
yeast infection

Answer by firerysoul
It could be many different things but any unusual discharge needs to be checked out. It could be that you have had chlamydia for a long time and is causing an infection called PID. If this is the case, and I am not saying it is, it is treatable with antibiotics. Left untreated it could cause scarring and lead to infertility. Go see a doctor tomorow! Many women end up in the Emergency Room with these symptoms.

yeast infection, or pregnancy.

Repost*Nausea after eating? constant urination?
Lately after I eat I feel like I have to vomit.
When I walk around or stand up I feel like i’m going to puke everywhere.
And for the past 2 nights i’ve been having to wake up constant to pee.
Anyone ever have these kind of symptoms?
What could it be?
I thought it was acid reflux but the pills haven’t been working lately

& i don’t feel sick or anything.
I haven’t been running any fevers.
It’s just those two things.
I do plan to go to the clinic next week.
I’d just like to have some idea on what it could be
i had sex about a week ago and everyone says it’s too early to be feeling any kind of symtoms so i’m not sure

Answer by *~Tabby~*
And there is no chance of you being pregnant?

Im not sure, with the constant peeing i’d say a possibility of pregnancy but if thats out of the question, im not sure.

But good luck with the clinic next week

Answer by night_life17
I would go to a doctor ASAP and be examined. A few years ago I suddenly started having to pee constantly and was nausious, it turned out to be ovarian cancer, the tumors were pushing against my bladder. There is usually pain also associated with this but it varies. So definately get checked out.
