Unexplained nausea, fatigue, and sometimes a little dizzy?
Over the past 3 weeks I’ve been experiencing nausea frequently and it gets worse in the evening time (like right now). I have no clue what is causing it because I’m not eating or doing anything out of the ordinary. I just haven’t been feeling myself lately. I’ve been more tired and I’ve been fatigued. I had to leave half way through church service on Sunday night because of the nausea and slight dizziness. My legs felt a little weak. The nausea does not lead to vomitting, but I just get waves of nausea but it doesn’t stick around continuously. It kinda just comes and goes especially in the evening and at night. I took a pregnancy test this morning and it was negative. Also, I have not missed my period. Can you give me any suggestions? I plan to see a doctor but I wanted to see what everyone thought before I go.

Your symptoms sound a lot like ones I had a few years ago when I found out I had an iron deficiency. To find out if that’s the problem, the doctor would just have to do a blood test. If that is the problem, all you have to do is start taking an iron supplement (I would recommend a liquid one cause it’s easier on your stomach).
I doubt you are pregnant but you probably don’t want to rely on just a home pregnancy test.
Hopefully that helps!
