High blood pressure can cause all those symptoms.
So can diabetes, but if they’ve run your labs and ruled that out, I’d go with my first guess.

Are you worrying about something? Worry and stress can do a lot of harm to your body. when your mind can’t handle the stress anymore it transfers the worry to your body into all kinds of problems , it’s called psychosomatic illness. You could go see another doctor and have more blood work done. Chronic Fatigue Syndrome will also cause some of these problems. that means your serotonin levels are low. to combat this get out in the sun for at least an hour a day if you can with arms and legs uncovered, take a good multi vitamin too. Or if the Dr. will prescribe something , try Fluoxetine, it raises the Serotonin levels in the body. but after a long time on this drug you will gain weight.

Are you getting enough water? Something as simple as dehydration could cause your symptoms. Or you could be anemic. Honestly, it could be caused by a number of factors. The best thing to do is see your doctor and he/she will probably have you in for some blood work to see how things look.
Hope you feel better soon!
