Stomach pains, Nausea, Headaches, Fatigue..?
I finished my period three days ago, but I noticed that around the time my period started, I started having these symptoms. I thought it was just because of my period, but they are still continuing. I am not getting the headaches as often as I was, but it seems like the other symptoms have strengthened. I’ve also seemed to have lost my appetite. I ate two pieces of toast yesterday & wasn’t hungry for the rest of the day. I forced myself to eat before bed because I knew I needed to eat something. I’m not in excruciating pain, but the symptoms, especially the nausea & fatigue, seem to get in the way of my day. As soon as I get off of work, I just want to sleep. I am usually a very active person, I go to the gym 3-5 times a week, I drink lots of water. When I looked the symptoms up on here, most of the answers said dehydration or pregnancy. But seeing as I was just on my period, I don’t think I’m pregnant. Please help!

Stress, I had all that too. Try to kick back and not think of anything if your schedule allows you that.

I’ve been having some of these symptoms too. I have no idea what is wrong, I too just got off of my period.

I wish i knew what was wrong.

you probably just caught a stomach bug. drink some ginger tea (ginger helps with nausea) or gingerale if you prefer. i suggest you, if you dont already, start taking a vitamin daily, and try to sleep as much as you can, your body wants a rest, thats what all these signals are. your body telling you to slow down.
