Feeling nauseous and like I need to throw up?
I am feeling sick to my stomach (no, not diarrhea or anything like that) but it’s really bad nausea and I feel like I could throw up any second. Could it be something I ate? I had a small breakfast, Wendy’s for lunch, and then a few chips for a snack a few hours ago. Please help me!

it may be something you ate or you could have a stomach bug-if you throw up you may feel better. Any fever or headache? Or- been out in the heat too long? or heat and humidity? that can do it- don’t get dehydrated! Drink enough water- Hope u feel better.

What can I do to stave off symptoms of nausea and feeling like I need to vomit?
I feel really funny in the stomach, and have a vague desire to just throw up. It’s not so serious, but what measures can I take to prevent the symptoms from escalating?
Btw, not pregnant, not otherwise ill, I suspect I ate something off the previous day.

I get vertigo and nausea daily due to my brain injury.
I have medication but I usually use distraction techniques on my nausea.
Just pinch a sensitive piece of skin or pressure point until it hurts and it will take your mind off the nausea.
If it’s from something I think I ate, I just vomit right away to be done with it.

ginger, peppermint, and soda. Mom used coca cola and peppermint candy when she was going through chemo.
