Depend to ischemic area,sign and symptom of heart attack is different. The predominant initial symptom is chest discomfort, frequently referred to as discomfort, tightness, or difficulty in breathing rather than pain.
Nausea and vomiting is particularly in association with inferior infarction.If right coronary artery is involve,right atrium,right ventricle,sinoatrial node and atrioventricular node may be ischemic.
Breathlessness is due to decrease of pulmonary artery pressure that seen with inferior infarction.
Fatigue usually seen in left ventricle infarction.
Now,this signs are concomitant with heart attack not befor.
